Journal","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"正確な病状に関する情報共有は患者・家族と医療者が協力し診療を行うために必須である．しかし，当事者にとって「悪いニュース」であるがん告知は，患者・家族の心情に重大な影響を及ぼす場合があり，十分な配慮の下で行うことが求められる．がんと診断された時からの緩和ケアを推進する国のがん対策推進基本計画に基づき，がん診療拠点病院の指定要件として「がん告知や予後告知を行う際のコミュニケーションに関するマニュアルの作成」が求められることになった．そこで横浜市立大学附属病院においても，スタッフががん告知に関する理解やスキルを高め，必要な場合に適切な部署と連携することを目的にがん告知マニュアルを作成した．作成に従事したのは院内のがん診療に携わる複数の専門職であり，さらに院外の医療倫理，がんサバイバーシップなどに造詣のある研究者の助言を得た．がん総合医療センター運営会議での内容確認と承認を得た上で平成29年3 月8
